ThemediatourisbeingguidedbytheUnitedFrontWorkDepartmentoftheCPCCentralCommitteeandthePublicityDepartmentoftheCPCCentralCommittee,isbeingco-sponsoredbytheOverseasChineseAffairsOfficeoftheStateCouncilandtheStateCouncilInformationOfficeofChina,andsupportedbytheChinaNewsService.
ThetouraimstoboostreportingonthesignificantchangesthathavetakenplaceinChinasincethe70thanniversaryofthefoundingofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandtostrengthenexchangesandcooperationwithmediaoutletsalongthe“BeltandRoad.”

其实除了玛拉比·茹尼斯克夫，还有来自共建“一带一路“有关国家的约50家媒体和华文媒体记者一起来到了中国。他们此行是参加由中央统战部和中央宣传部指导，国务院侨办和国务院新闻办联合主办，中国新闻社承办的“感知中国·‘一带一路’沿线国家媒体采访活动”。
该活动旨在对外报道新中国成立70周年来中国发生的重大变化，引导和支持“一带一路”沿线国家的主流媒体和华文媒体加强交流合作，共同宣传展示“一带一路”建设成就。这些来自共建“一带一路”有关国家的记者们正分赴粤港澳大湾区及21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区（广东、福建）和长三角地区进行采访。
